Refund policy

At Five2Nine Academy, we are committed to delivering valuable digital learning experiences. Because our products are primarily digital and accessible immediately after purchase, our refund rules are set out below.

1. Digital Courses and Downloadable Products

Unless otherwise stated, purchases of digital courses, recorded lessons, downloadable materials, templates, and digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.

2. Payment Plans and Installments

If a course is purchased through a payment plan or monthly installment arrangement, you are responsible for completing the agreed payments unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

3. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same product by mistake, we will review the issue and process the appropriate correction or refund where confirmed.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a genuine technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchased course, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Refunds will not automatically be granted for temporary technical problems where support is available.

5. Exceptional Cases
